About My Work

My work as a psychotherapist draws inspiration from my passion for healing and innate curiosity for the human experience. Since the age of 16, my utmost goal in life has been to become a psychotherapist, and all educational experience following that high school epiphany have been in pursuit of shaping and developing my therapeutic orientation. The approaches that have stood the test of time thus far are a belief in treating the whole person, moving clients towards a greater sense of integration and self-trust, and leaning into curiosity and compassion.

I received my bachelor of arts from the University of Puget sound in Sociology and Anthropology, and followed it up with a master of arts from Bastyr University in counseling psychology. My interest and personal experience with holistic approaches to healing led me to select Bastyr for my graduate degree.

I consider myself a lifelong student of my craft, and continue to seek out trainings and opportunities to further develop my practice.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy quiet moments with my partner and our cat, Maeve. I love cooking, reading, and self-care rituals. As a proud Pacific Northwest native, you’ll often find me soaking in the beauty of my home state—whether it’s a walk in nature, a beach day at Golden Gardens, or practicing yoga—always fueled by good coffee and fresh local food.

In our work together, you can expect my authenticity, empathy, and humor. I show up with humility, honoring that you are the expert on your own experience. I will be there to walk alongside you, to shine light on what needs attention, and to support your path toward healing and growth.

I welcome the opportunity to begin this journey with you.
