Individual Therapy
In individual depth-oriented therapy, I offer a warm, attuned space where we can explore what’s beneath the surface together. My approach goes beyond symptom relief—we’ll look at the deeper patterns, emotional wounds, and internal conflicts that may be shaping your present experience.
I draw from a range of integrative modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, mindfulness, and relational depth work. I’ll support you in gently connecting with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside or misunderstood, and help you build insight, self-trust, and resilience. This is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity and compassion—one that honors your pace and centers your wholeness.
Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, I work with partners to create a supportive space where both people feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, life transitions, or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I help you explore the patterns at play and build new ways of relating. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, and is informed by my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) for couples.
Together, we’ll work to uncover the deeper emotions and needs beneath your interactions, foster emotional safety, and rebuild trust and connection. My role is to guide you with care, clarity, and a deep respect for each person’s experience and hopes for the relationship.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is woven into much of the work I do in therapy. I often invite clients to gently tune in to their inner experience—thoughts, emotions, body sensations—without judgment, and with a sense of curiosity. Practicing mindfulness together helps us slow down and notice what's really happening beneath the surface. It can bring clarity, calm, and a greater sense of connection to yourself.
Whether we’re exploring a difficult emotion or working with a stuck pattern, mindfulness allows us to stay grounded and present, which is often where healing begins. I don’t approach it as something you have to “get right,” but rather as a supportive tool we can adapt and practice together.
Somatic & Hakomi Techniques
In my work, I often draw from somatic and Hakomi techniques to support deeper healing and self-awareness. These approaches gently invite us to pay attention to the body—noticing sensations, posture, breath, and movement—as a doorway into unconscious patterns and core beliefs. I’ve found that the body holds so much of our story, often before we can fully name it with words.
In session, I may guide you to pause and notice what’s happening in the moment, or offer mindfulness-based experiments that help bring more clarity and compassion to your inner experience. These practices are always offered with care and consent, and are tailored to your pace. I trust in the body’s wisdom and its capacity to guide us toward what needs attention, integration, and healing.
